For verified 501(c)(3) organizations

You didn't start a nonprofit to hunt grants at night.

Beacon gives your nonprofit its own research agent. It learns your work, watches for funding every day and presents the grants worth your time, with its reasons. AI drafts. You decide.

Your organization's own agent

One agent per organization, set up from your own words and documents. It works in the background every day and presents what it found as you move through Beacon, from the first lead to the first draft.

  • Watches every day

New public grants and funder news are checked every day. Its own research for foundations, community funders and corporate programs runs daily at first, then as often as it keeps finding new ones. Once a week it digs deeper.

  • Reads the funder's own page

Before it scores a fit, it reads the funder's page for the real rules. It checks that page twice a day and tells you when applications pause or reopen.

  • Knows who funds what

Giving history from IRS filings, who funds organizations like yours, and for corporate funders, a profile of the company behind the program.

  • Asks what it needs to know

An audit, a match, a registration: when an answer would change a fit, it asks you once and remembers what you said.

  • Presents, you decide

It brings you its picks with the reasons and the catch, and suggests next steps. Each one waits for your team to accept it.

  • Remembers what is coming back

Programs that open every year stay on a watch list, with a prep brief three months out. Events to attend or present at get reminders.

  • Drafts with you

When you decide to apply, it shapes the project idea with you and writes a first draft from your own words. AI drafts. You edit, you decide, you submit.

  • Puts deadlines on your calendar

Subscribe once in Google, Outlook or Apple Calendar and every deadline appears there.

  • Hands you board-ready pages

A one-page summary of any opportunity, its budget as a spreadsheet, and prep briefs you can edit in Word.

How it works

  1. 1

    Enter your EIN

We check it against IRS records. Beacon is for verified 501(c)(3) organizations.

  2. 2

    Tell it about your work

A short interview plus your proposals and annual reports. Your agent arrives as Alex; rename it any time.

  3. 3

    It goes to work

A thorough first search, then fresh research every day at first and, after that, as often as it keeps finding new programs. The best matches arrive with their reasons.

  4. 4

You move the good ones forward

From prospect to project idea to a first draft. Your team makes every move.

What your agent shows you

When you open Beacon, your agent tells you what changed and what to look at first. Its suggestions and questions sit where you are working, and each one waits for your team.

Your agent

3 new leads this week. The Example Community Fund grant closes Friday.

Example. The funder and details are made up.

Safe by design

An agent for your nonprofit should never act on its own. Its limits are built into the system, so no message, document or web page can change them.

It recommends. You decide.
It cannot email funders, submit, sign, pay or contact anyone. Every change it suggests waits for your team.
Your own sealed workspace
Each organization's agent has its own locked-down space, memory and documents. It cannot see anyone else's, and it only reads public websites.
Your information stays yours
Only your team sees your documents and conversations. They never train AI models or go into a web search.
Sources shown. Uncertainty flagged.
Every funder claim names its source; what it cannot trace is marked. When a grant is a poor fit, it says so.
Safety tested
Every action passes a safety check written in code, tested against people and web pages trying to talk it out of its rules.

We're new. That's the best part.
